Vanessa Johnson, JD, MPA

Bringing more than three decades of experience in public health, organizational development, trauma-informed care, and capacity building, Vanessa combines professional expertise with lived experience to help organizations grow stronger and better serve their communities. A long-term HIV survivor for more than 36 years, she believes lasting change begins by investing in people, strengthening organizations, and supporting community-led solutions. She is passionate about helping leaders build the knowledge, confidence, and partnerships needed to create healthier, more equitable communities.
